Astra Malorum - Instakill Wisps Lantern Easter Egg (Black Ops 7 Zombies)
What you’re doing: Convert a wisp into a reusable “instakill throwable” resource by filling multiple lanterns first.
How to start
Find an empty lantern that has a glowing wisp inside it.
ADS (aim down sights) at it for ~5 seconds.
The wisp will “lock onto you” and come to your position.
Don’t waste it
You can melee immediately to throw it (instakills a small AoE), but you shouldn’t.
First, take it to the other lanterns and fill them.
Filling lanterns
Walk to other lanterns around the map.
Interact to “deposit”/fill the wisp (your transcript implies multiple lanterns are fillable).
After filling the set, the wisp changes color.
Storage and usage
Each player can hold up to 5 wisps.
They persist until you melee to throw one.
Use case: stack wisps early so everyone has 5 for the boss.
Rewards
Free perk for the player who completes it.
Wisps respawn each round, so this becomes a renewable resource.
Fail points / tips
If you accidentally melee early, you’ll burn your wisp. Focus on filling lanterns first.
Best time to do it: early rounds, before spawns get messy
